ORDER TIMELINES
Orders are dispatched within two (2) working days of receiving the order. Occasionally there may be delays in the processing of orders, where possible we will notify you in writing of such delays.
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer click & collect for all local Brisbane customers from our West End and Tingalpa Showroom's.
When your order is ready for collection you will be notified via email

Orders placed by 7:00am Monday to Friday are generally available for same day collection. Orders placed Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are available for collection on Monday.

Please allow 2-3 business days for orders for to be avaialble for collection from our West End Showroom. You will be notified via email and text when they are ready for collection

eNurse offers free shipping within Australia on most online orders over $150.00.
There are selected bulk items which have set price shipping and are ineligible for the free shipping.
Bulk orders and discounted orders may not be eligible for Free Shipping
Free Shipping Terms & Conditions
- No promo code is needed! Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold.
- The threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied.
- Free shipping is a limited promotion and is not available for orders delivered outside Australia.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
eNurse will post to certain locations overseas. Fees and charges are dependent on the location being posted to and the weight and size of the items being sent and will be quoted upon checkout. The customer is liable for any duties or taxes incurred when placing orders for international delivery
