eNurse: Price Match Policy
eNurse remains committed to being the preeminent retailer of scrubs, education resources and equipment to healthcare professionals and students in Australia.
eNurse will try to match prices on all its items if the product meets all the below criteria.
- The product must be identical in brand, colour, size and model.
- The product must be in-stock and available for delivery or pickup.
- The product must not be a discontinued line or clearance item
- The product is not part of any wholesale or commercial pricing offer.
- The product must be for sale in Australia by a retailer registered with an ABN (Australian Business Number).
- Pricing must be in Australian Dollars inclusive of any taxes.
- Shipping will not be included in the price that is matched unless otherwise agreed.
- The use of the goods being purchased is for individual purposed only and not to be on-sold to other parties.
- Quantities being purchased are retail quantities only, determined by eNurse Management
To have eNurse match a price for you, please email sales@enurse.com.au or call 1300 886 814 with the relevant product details of the competitor who’s price you wish us to match, including website link for us to validate the price.
Once our sales team has validated the price, they will be able to process the order for you or provide you with a with a onetime discount code to purchase the product. This code will be valid for 48 hours from issue.
