Embroidery and Custom Orders

We pride ourselves in ensuring your embroidery is high quality stitching that will allow your logo/s to be highly visible on your uniform.

Embroidery can be added to most scrub shirts. ""Add Embroidery"" will appear on products where embroidery is available. Click the ""Add Embroidery"" button to specify what you would like customised and add the product to the cart when you are finished. 

If you are after logo embroidery, please email sales@enurse.com.au and they will coordinate this for you. Shortly we will have a new do-it yourself platform. Stay tuned for this one

If we don’t have your logo, we are happy to set this up. A one-off set up fee will be applicable. Once it is set up you can start ordering as many times as you like.

Embroidered items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your embroidered order by us, please contact sales@enurse.com.au.

 

Terms and Conditions – Customisation Services

eNurse Embroidery & Heat Seal

  1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of embroidery and heat-seal customisation services ("Customisation Services") offered by eNurse ("we", "us", "our") through our e-commerce platform. By placing an order that includes Customisation Services, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

  1. Customisation Options

2.1 Embroidery

We offer high-quality embroidery stitching designed to ensure your logo or text is highly visible on your uniform. Embroidery is available on most scrub shirts and selected other products. Where embroidery is available, an "Add Embroidery" button will appear on the product page.

 2.2 Heat Seal

Heat-seal transfers may be available on selected products. Availability will be indicated on the relevant product page.

 2.3 Ordering Process

To add customisation:

  • On the applicable product page – click “add customisation”
  • Add the required text or image elements to the garment
  • Once you have completed your placement and selection click add to cart
  • You will then be able to continue shopping

 3.Logos

 3.1 Existing Logos

We maintain an extensive library of pre-digitised logos. All available logos are listed within the customisation process on eligible products.

 3.2 New Logo Set-Up – Provide details of logo set up and fees and ensure this aligns to Zakeke

If your logo is not in our library, we are happy to digitise it for you.

  • Set-up fee: A one-off fee of $50.00 inc GST (AUD) applies per new logo.
  • Submission: either submit your logo on the product via the website or email your logo file to sales@enurse.com.au.
  • If you submit your logo via the customisation page on the website you will be charged the setup fee at checkout. If you email us the logo, we will issue an invoice for payment
  • File requirements: Please provide vector images (AI, EPS format). Pixel-based images (PSD, JPG, PNG) are not preferred and may affect reproduction quality.
  • Unsuitable formats: Files created in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) are not suitable for artwork reproduction and may be rejected.

Once your logo has been digitised, it will be stored on file for unlimited future orders at no additional set-up cost.

Logo digitisation is not required for heat seal applications

 Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days from the date your order is processed for delivery of customised goods.

Processing commences once:

  • Full payment has been received; unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • All artwork and customisation details have been confirmed; and
  • Any required logo set-up has been completed.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

 5.Pricing & Payment

5.1 Customisation Charges

All embroidery and heat-seal charges are calculated per element and will be displayed during the checkout process.

Charges are as follows:

  • Logo Application $15.00 (inc GST)
  • Text Per Line: $9.00 (inc GST)
  • One Time Logo setup charge $50.00 (inc GST)

  5.2 Exclusions from Discounts

All customisation charges (including logo set-up fees) are excluded from discounts, promotions, and coupon codes.

 5.3 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6.1 Final Sale

All customised items are final sale. Due to the personalised nature of embroidered and heat-sealed products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any customised goods.

6.2 Errors by eNurse

If an error has been made on your customised order by us (for example, incorrect spelling, wrong logo, or placement that does not match your confirmed order), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy. 

6.3 Customer-Supplied Errors

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or artwork provided by you, including but not limited to:

  • Spelling or typographical errors in text you supply
  • Incorrect logo selection
  • Incorrect size, colour, or placement instructions

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

 

  1. Artwork & Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership & Authorisation

By submitting artwork or logos for customisation, you warrant that:

  • You own the intellectual property rights to the artwork, or
  • You have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, or authorisations to use and reproduce the artwork. 

7.2 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold eNurse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights in connection with artwork you have supplied.

7.3 Storage of Artwork

We will store your digitised logos on file for future orders. We take reasonable precautions to secure your artwork but accept no liability for loss or corruption of stored files.

  1. Quality Assurance

We take pride in our high-quality stitching and heat-seal application. All customised items undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect in the customisation work, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claim relating to Customisation Services is limited to the amount paid for the affected customisation.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

  1. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
