We pride ourselves in ensuring your embroidery is high quality stitching that will allow your logo/s to be highly visible on your uniform.
Embroidery can be added to most scrub shirts, if you are after logo embroidery, please email sales@enurse.com.au and they will coordinate this for you. Shortly we will have a new do-it yourself platform. Stay tuned for this one
All new logo embroidery requests incur a set-up fee and a full quote for all embroidery text and logo’s will be provided upon order request.
Embroidered items are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. If an error has been made on your embroidered order by us, please contact sales@enurse.com.au.

Processing & Delivery Times
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days from the date your order is processed for delivery of customised goods.
Processing commences once:
- Full payment has been received; unless otherwise agreed in writing
- All artwork and customisation details have been confirmed; and
- Any required logo set-up has been completed.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Customisation Charges
All embroidery and heat-seal charges are calculated per element and will be displayed during the checkout process.
Charges are as follows:
- Logo Application $15.00 (inc GST)
- Text Per Line: $9.00 (inc GST)
- One Time Logo setup charge $50.00 (inc GST)
Exclusions from Discounts
All customisation charges (including logo set-up fees) are excluded from discounts, promotions, and coupon codes.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of order. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Final Sale
All customised items are final sale. Due to the personalised nature of embroidered and heat-sealed products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on any customised goods.
Errors by eNurse
If an error has been made on your customised order by us (for example, incorrect spelling, wrong logo, or placement that does not match your confirmed order), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:

We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy.
Customer-Supplied Errors
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or artwork provided by you, including but not limited to:
- Spelling or typographical errors in text you supply
- Incorrect logo selection
- Incorrect size, colour, or placement instructions
Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
Ownership & Authorisation
By submitting artwork or logos for customisation, you warrant that:
- You own the intellectual property rights to the artwork, or
- You have obtained all necessary permissions, licences, or authorisations to use and reproduce the artwork.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold eNurse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from any alleged infringement of intellectual property rights in connection with artwork you have supplied.
Storage of Artwork
We will store your digitised logos on file for future orders. We take reasonable precautions to secure your artwork but accept no liability for loss or corruption of stored files.
Quality Assurance
We take pride in our high-quality stitching and heat-seal application. All customised items undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect in the customisation work, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs of the issue.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our liability for any claim relating to Customisation Services is limited to the amount paid for the affected customisation.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order.
