Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions

- Overview
The eNurse Loyalty Program (“Program”) rewards customers for purchases made through our online store. By joining or participating in the Program, members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Program at any time in accordance with these Terms.
- Eligibility
2.1 The Program is available to customers with a registered account on our ecommerce website.
2.2 Membership is free and limited to individuals aged 16 years or older.
2.3 Business, wholesale, reseller, or trade accounts may be excluded from participation at our discretion.
2.4 Loyalty accounts, points, vouchers and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be shared, sold or exchanged between customers.
- Earning Points
Standard Points Earn
3.1 Members will earn 1 loyalty point for every AUD $1.00 spent on eligible purchases.
3.2 Points are awarded based on the purchase subtotal excluding:
- Shipping/postage fees (shipping costs do not accrue loyalty points);
- Taxes where applicable;
- Embroidery;
- Cancelled, refunded or fraudulent orders;
- Gift cards or store credits (unless otherwise specified).
3.3 Points are generally applied to a customer’s account after payment has been successfully processed.
3.4 If an order is refunded, cancelled or returned, any points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer’s loyalty account.
- Redeeming Points
4.1 100 loyalty points equals a AUD $5.00 discount voucher.
4.2 Loyalty rewards:
- Have no minimum spend requirement;
- May be redeemed on any eligible purchase;
- May be used alongside other promotions unless otherwise stated;
- Cannot be redeemed toward shipping/postage costs.
4.3 Loyalty rewards:
- Are not redeemable for cash;
- Cannot be transferred, exchanged or refunded;
- Must be used within any stated validity period.
4.4 We reserve the right to limit or refuse redemption where misuse, fraud, or technical errors are identified.
4.5 Once loyalty points have been redeemed and applied to an order, points will not be refunded, reinstated or credited back to a customer’s account, including where an order is cancelled, changed, returned or refunded, unless required by law or otherwise determined at our discretion
- Birthday Reward
5.1 Eligible members will receive a AUD $15.00 Birthday Voucher during their birthday month.
5.2 To receive the birthday voucher:
- Customers must have an active loyalty account;
- A valid date of birth must be registered in their customer account prior to the birthday month.
5.3 The Birthday Voucher:
- Is valid for the month of the customer’s birthday and the following month only;
- Cannot be redeemed for cash;
- Is non-transferable;
- Cannot be reissued if expired.
5.4 We reserve the right to verify eligibility for birthday rewards.
- Refer-a-Friend Program
6.1 Members may refer friends to the Program using an approved referral method provided by our website.
6.2 Members will receive 200 loyalty points (equivalent to AUD $10.00 value) after the referred friend completes their first eligible purchase.
6.3 The referred customer may also receive a promotional reward as determined by us from time to time.
6.4 Referral rewards:
- Are only issued once per referred customer;
- Will not be issued for self-referrals, duplicate accounts or fraudulent activity;
- May be cancelled if the referred order is refunded or cancelled.
6.5 We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral points where abuse of the referral system is suspected.
- Annual Spend Bonus
7.1 Members who spend AUD $1,000.00 or more in a calendar year (1 January to 31 December) will receive:
- A AUD $100.00 bonus voucher; and
- Exclusive early access to selected new products, promotions or launches.
7.2 Eligible spend excludes:
- Shipping/postage;
- Embroidery
- Cancelled, refunded or returned purchases;
- Gift card purchases.
7.3 The annual bonus voucher:
- Is issued after the spending threshold is achieved and verified;
- Is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash;
- Must be redeemed within the validity period stated at issue.
7.4 Exclusive product access is subject to availability and may vary throughout the year.
- Points Expiry
8.1 Loyalty points are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date they are accrued.
8.2 Any unused points will automatically expire on a rolling basis twelve (12) months after the date they were earned. Expired points cannot be reinstated, transferred or redeemed.
8.3 Customers are responsible for monitoring their loyalty point balance and expiry dates via their account.
8.4 We reserve the right to amend point expiry periods at any time with reasonable notice published on our website.
- Fraud, Misuse & Account Termination
9.1 We may suspend, remove or terminate a loyalty account where we reasonably believe:
- Fraudulent activity has occurred;
- Multiple accounts have been created to exploit rewards;
- Rewards are being abused;
- These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
9.2 Upon account termination, any unused points, vouchers or rewards may be forfeited.
- Program Changes
10.1 We reserve the right to:
- Modify point earn rates;
- Change redemption values;
- Alter reward structures;
- Add or remove benefits;
- Suspend or discontinue the Program at any time.
10.2 Reasonable notice of material changes will be provided via our website or email where practical.
- Liability
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for:
- Lost, delayed or incorrect points allocations;
- Technical interruptions affecting reward redemption;
- Expired rewards not redeemed within the validity period.
11.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Privacy
12.1 Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy.
12.2 By joining the Program, customers consent to us collecting and using account and purchase information for the administration of rewards and promotional communications.
